Taraf and JW Marriott to Introduce New Branded Waterfront Residences on Yas Island

A new branded residential development is preparing to make its debut on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, with Taraf collaborating with JW Marriott to introduce a collection of premium residences in a prime waterfront and golf course setting.

Set beside Mayan, JW Marriott Residences Abu Dhabi – Yas Island will occupy a distinctive location overlooking the sea and Yas Links Golf Course, with direct access to both the beach and the golf course.

The development will comprise a total of 199 branded residences, offering a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside four-bedroom duplexes.

The project will combine private residential living with the identity and hospitality standards associated with the JW Marriott brand, adding a new branded residential offering to one of Abu Dhabi’s most established leisure and lifestyle destinations.

A New Branded Address on Yas Island

Positioned beside Mayan, the development will benefit from its waterfront setting and proximity to some of Yas Island’s most prominent destinations. Residences will offer views across the sea and Yas Links Golf Course, while direct beach and golf course access will further define the project’s lifestyle offering.

The location places residents within the wider Yas Island destination, with its established collection of leisure, entertainment, hospitality and lifestyle attractions.

199 Branded Residences

The project will feature 199 residences, with a selection of one- to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplexes.

As a branded residential development, the project is expected to bring together contemporary residential design with the service and hospitality experience associated with JW Marriott, creating a private residential environment within a prime Yas Island setting.

The upcoming project also adds to Taraf’s growing portfolio of luxury and branded residences across the UAE. Taraf, the real estate division of Yas Holding, has focused its development strategy on design-led properties, premium locations and elevated lifestyle experiences.

The collaboration builds on Taraf’s existing experience working with Marriott International. The developer previously partnered with Marriott International to introduce W Residences Abu Dhabi – Al Maryah Island, another branded residential project in the capital.
