You will close more, but slower. Advisors on the book average 12 transactions a year, not 60. Each one matters.
Senior advisors take a profit share on their book after year one — not a sliding commission tier. The economics scale with you.
KYC, conveyancing, audit, photography, marketing — all in-house. You sell the property; we run the process around it.

Senior Advisor · Saadiyat
Abu Dhabi, UAE (on-site)We are hiring a thirteenth advisor — by exception, and only for someone who already runs a Saadiyat book. You will own the relationship, the brief, and the close. The firm gives you operations, conveyancing, marketing, and a brand. You give us discipline and discretion.
You will- · Carry a book of 30–60 active client relationships across Saadiyat and Hidd.

Operations Manager
