Abu Dhabi's property market continued its strong performance in the first half of 2026.

The Abu Dhabi market recorded AED 84.49 billion in apartment and villa sales across 16,585 residential transactions. The figures highlight a major rise in buyer activity and reinforce Abu Dhabi's position as one of the UAE's most resilient and attractive real estate markets.
