Dubai Land Department Launches AI-Powered Real Estate Registration Platform
Dubai Land Department introduces an integrated digital platform using artificial intelligence to streamline property registration, escrow management and developer transactions.

Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched a new digital platform known as Initial Registration, designed to simplify real estate development procedures and strengthen transparency across the emirate's property market.
Introduced in September 2026, the platform brings together project registration, real estate transaction processing and escrow account management within a unified digital system.
The platform uses artificial intelligence to read and process documents, including Emirates IDs, passports and property sales contracts. By automatically extracting relevant information, the system aims to reduce manual data entry, improve accuracy and accelerate administrative procedures.
A key feature of the platform is Project 360, which provides developers with a consolidated overview of their projects, including unit status, escrow accounts, financial information and transaction records.
The system also strengthens coordination between property developers, Dubai Land Department and financial institutions responsible for managing escrow accounts.
By improving access to project information and introducing more efficient monitoring tools, the initiative supports greater regulatory oversight and transparency throughout the property development process.
The launch forms part of Dubai's broader digital transformation strategy and supports the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, reinforcing the emirate's commitment to developing a more efficient, innovative and investor-friendly real estate environment.
