Emaar Hospitality Expands Regional Hotel and Leisure Portfolio

Emaar Hospitality Group is expanding its regional presence with a growing pipeline of hotel, residential and leisure developments across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, strengthening its portfolio across multiple hospitality brands.

In Sharjah, Vida Aljada officially opened on 1 September 2026, becoming Vida Hotels and Resorts’ first five-star hotel in the emirate. The property includes 175 rooms, along with one, two and three-bedroom serviced apartments and residences.

In Dubai, the upcoming Emaar South Golf Club is scheduled to open in Q4 2026. The development will feature an 18-hole championship golf course, driving range and par-3 course, alongside a clubhouse with dining, retail and guest facilities.

Emaar Hospitality is also expanding its Address Hotels + Resorts pipeline. Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront is expected to open in Q3 2027, adding a new beachfront resort to the group’s Dubai portfolio.

The group’s expansion also extends into Saudi Arabia, where Address Diriyah is planned with 204 hotel keys and 60 serviced apartments, further strengthening Emaar Hospitality’s regional footprint.

Overall, Emaar Hospitality’s latest pipeline spans hotels, branded residences, golf, dining, wellness and recreation, broadening the range of experiences offered across its regional hospitality portfolio.
