ONE Development, ODI Holding and NG9 Holding Partner on New Waterfront Project on Al Reem Island
ONE Development, ODI Holding and NG9 Holding have signed a partnership agreement to jointly develop a new waterfront real estate project on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
A new real estate partnership has been announced in Abu Dhabi, bringing together ONE Development, ODI Holding and NG9 Holding for the joint development of a new waterfront project on Al Reem Island. The agreement was announced during LIVEX 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, where a series of partnerships covering real estate, urban development, mobility and technology were signed.
The partnership will bring together the expertise and development capabilities of the three groups to create a new waterfront destination on Al Reem Island, further expanding development activity within one of Abu Dhabi’s established residential and investment locations.
ONE Development already has a presence on Al Reem Island and focuses on developing lifestyle-led, future-ready communities. The newly announced collaboration represents another addition to the company’s growing development pipeline in Abu Dhabi.
NG9 Holding is an Abu Dhabi-headquartered group with businesses spanning several sectors, including real estate development, construction, investment and tourism. The partnership will draw on the combined capabilities of the participating companies as they move forward with the new development.
