SAAS Properties Launches The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi

SAAS Properties has officially launched The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Maryah Island, during LIVEX 2026, introducing a new luxury branded residential development in one of Abu Dhabi's most prestigious waterfront destinations.

Developed in collaboration with Marriott International, the project represents another milestone in SAAS Properties' expanding portfolio of luxury developments across the UAE. Construction is already underway, with handover anticipated in the second quarter of 2030.

Located along Al Maryah Island's waterfront canal, the development features a distinctive architectural design by Shaun Killa, Founder and Design Director of Killa Design. The interiors have been designed by internationally recognised British designer Tara Bernerd, marking her first project in the Middle East.

The development will feature 165 exclusive residences, offering a selection of one- to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and a signature penthouse. The residences are designed to combine privacy, contemporary elegance, and waterfront living with The Ritz-Carlton's internationally recognised hospitality services.

Residents will have access to a comprehensive collection of premium amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness centre, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, executive golf lounge, co-working spaces, private cinema, and landscaped recreational areas.

The project's location on Al Maryah Island, one of Abu Dhabi's leading financial and lifestyle destinations, provides residents with access to premium retail, dining, business facilities, and waterfront attractions.

During LIVEX 2026, SAAS Properties also showcased other developments from its residential portfolio, including The St. Regis Residences, Al Maryah Island.

With the introduction of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Abu Dhabi continues to expand its portfolio of internationally branded residential developments, reinforcing its growing position in the global luxury real estate market.
