Waterfront by Missoni Unveiled on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Welcomes Its First Missoni-Branded Residences

Emirates Developments has unveiled Waterfront by Missoni, a new luxury residential development on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the internationally renowned Italian fashion house Missoni.

Presented during LIVEX 2026 in Abu Dhabi, the development marks the arrival of Missoni's first branded residential address in the capital, combining Italian design with contemporary waterfront living.

Located within Shams Abu Dhabi, the project will feature 250 residences across 38 residential floors, offering direct beach access and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, surrounding canals, and Abu Dhabi's skyline.

250 Luxury Residences with Italian-Inspired Interiors

Waterfront by Missoni will introduce a collection of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, alongside two exclusive five-bedroom penthouses.

Residential sizes will range from approximately 668 to 4,442 square feet, offering a variety of layouts designed to accommodate different lifestyles.

The interiors will incorporate Missoni's signature approach to colour, patterns, and textures, complemented by premium materials, including light oak flooring, bronze finishes, warm ivory porcelain, and Missoni Home fabrics.

Each residence will feature a private balcony, with views overlooking the sea, canal, city skyline, or surrounding community.

Prime Waterfront Location on Al Reem Island

Positioned at a prominent waterfront location in Shams Abu Dhabi, the development will be surrounded by water on two sides, with the canal on one side and the sea on the other.

The project will offer direct access to a beachfront setting while maintaining convenient connections to Abu Dhabi's major commercial and lifestyle destinations.

Al Maryah Island is approximately nine minutes away, while Downtown Abu Dhabi can be reached in around ten minutes.

The location provides residents with convenient access to shopping destinations, business districts, healthcare facilities, and entertainment attractions.

A New Addition to Abu Dhabi's Branded Residences Market

Waterfront by Missoni represents another addition to Abu Dhabi's expanding collection of internationally branded residential developments.

The collaboration between Emirates Developments and Missoni brings the Italian fashion house's distinctive design identity into the residential sector, offering a combination of architectural character, premium interiors, and waterfront living.

The project also reflects growing developer interest in Al Reem Island as a destination for luxury residential developments.

Waterfront by Missoni is currently in its pre-launch phase, with registrations of interest open to prospective buyers.

The developer has not yet officially confirmed the starting prices, payment plan, or anticipated handover date.
