Dubai Real Estate Records AED 11.2 Billion in Weekly Transactions
Dubai’s property market recorded AED 11.185 billion in transactions between September 21 and 25, including 2,426 property sales and several high-value deals on Palm Jumeirah.

The Dubai real estate market recorded AED 11.185 billion in transactions during the week of September 21 to 25, reflecting continued activity across sales, mortgages and property transfers.
According to data from the Dubai Land Department, sales accounted for AED 6.41 billion of the total, with 2,426 sales transactions completed during the five-day period.
Palm Jumeirah featured prominently among the week’s largest transactions. Three apartments at Como Residences were among the highest-value sales, changing hands for AED 71.2 million, AED 64.9 million and AED 60.9 million, respectively.
Mortgage transactions contributed a further AED 3.86 billion, while gift transactions reached approximately AED 915 million during the same period.
The figures highlight the significant volume of capital continuing to move through Dubai’s real estate sector, spanning residential sales, financing activity and property transfers.
