Ohana Development Introduces New Villas and Townhouses at Manchester City Yas Residences

Ohana Development is expanding the residential offering at Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana, introducing a new collection of townhouses and standalone villas within its landmark waterfront community on Yas Canal.

Developed in partnership with Manchester City, the AED 15 billion project represents the football club’s first branded residential development globally, bringing Manchester City’s identity into the design, amenities and lifestyle experiences of the community.

A New Collection of Villas and Townhouses

The latest residential offering expands the choice of family homes within the master development. Ohana’s current project information includes townhouses and 4- and 5-bedroom standalone villas, alongside twin villas, maisonettes, waterfront penthouses and apartments.

For the new phase, the information provided for the launch includes 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses and 4- and 5-bedroom standalone villas, with prices starting from AED 3.7 million and a 5% initial payment.

The World’s First Manchester City Branded Residential Development

One of the defining features of the project is its partnership with Manchester City. Rather than limiting the collaboration to branding, the development incorporates the club’s identity throughout its residential and lifestyle offering.

At the heart of the community will be a Manchester City training academy, supported by football fields, tactical and fitness training areas. Other branded and lifestyle spaces include the City Lounge, City Café and Match Day Terrace, alongside experiences connected to Manchester City and its sporting heritage.

An AED 15 Billion Waterfront Community on Yas Canal

Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana is being developed as an AED 15 billion gated waterfront community spanning approximately 1.67 million square metres and comprising more than 2,000 residences.

More than 55% of the masterplan is planned as landscaped gardens and green spaces. The wider community will also feature a canal promenade, retail and dining destinations, marina and water-sports facilities, infinity pools, fitness centres, spas and dedicated wellness and recovery spaces.

Waterfront Living Minutes from Yas Island Attractions

Located on Yas Canal, the development sits adjacent to Yas Island and provides convenient access to some of Abu Dhabi’s leading leisure and entertainment destinations.

The official project site lists Ferrari World Abu Dhabi at approximately six minutes, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi at seven minutes, Yas Marina at six minutes and Yas Marina Circuit at seven minutes from the community.

Construction Underway

Ohana Development officially broke ground on the project on 25 September 2026 and simultaneously opened a dedicated Experience Centre on Yas Canal, where prospective buyers can explore the masterplan, residences, finishes and waterfront setting.

The development is planned for phased delivery by 2029, with the new collection of villas and townhouses adding another residential offering to what is set to become one of Abu Dhabi’s most distinctive branded waterfront communities.
