Sobha Realty Prepares New Phase of River Cove Residences in Abu Dhabi
The upcoming phase will introduce a new collection of waterfront apartments within Sobha City Abu Dhabi, positioned along the waterfront opposite Yas Island.
Sobha Realty is preparing to launch a new phase of River Cove Residences, expanding the apartment offering within its first major master-planned community in Abu Dhabi.
River Cove Residences forms part of Sobha City Abu Dhabi, a large-scale waterfront development spanning approximately 38 million Sq. Ft. in Al Bahiya. The community is positioned directly opposite Yas Island and benefits from convenient access to Yas Island’s major attractions, Zayed International Airport and key road connections across the capital.
The next release is expected to introduce three additional waterfront residential towers, adding a new selection of apartments to the development. Current River Cove offerings include contemporary one- and two-bedroom residences, designed around open views, natural light and waterfront surroundings.
The wider Sobha City masterplan has been designed as a nature-led waterfront community, combining residential neighborhoods with landscaped open spaces, leisure destinations and lifestyle facilities. Sobha Realty has stated that the development will include waterfront apartments alongside garden villas, estate villas and mansions.
River Cove Residences is also positioned around waterfront promenades and landscaped areas, with the development marketed for its proximity to Yas Island and views across the surrounding water. The project represents Sobha Realty’s entry into Abu Dhabi’s growing premium residential market and forms a key component of the developer’s long-term expansion in the emirate.
