Drafting + escrow management of the 10% MoU deposit at the DLD-approved trustee.

NOC & clearance
Coordinate developer NOC, master-community clearance, utility transfer.

Transfer
Book trustee appointment, attend with parties, file with DLD, deliver title deed.
